A 21-year-old bride killed her husband by stabbing him in the chest overnight in Bauchi state.
The bride named Maimunatu Sulaiman killed her husband named Aliyu Muhammad on Wednesday night after heated argument.
As she explained to the police investigators, that night there was a heated argument between her and her husband. She let him hop onto the bed and fall asleep after the argument. She then took a knife and stabbed him in the chest, which caused his death.
As the police officer, Datti Assalafiy, published, he said that she is now in the major crime investigation department of the Bauchi state police, and if the investigation is completed, she will be taken to court.
